Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

An EPC is a document that provides prospective buyers and tenants with key information on the energy efficiency of the property. It is used to assesses the energy performance of a property, from “A” representing the most energy efficient property to “G” representing the least energy efficient property and must be provided by the landlord or the landlords agent.

How do I order an EPC?

If you instruct Bentleys Sales & Lettings to market your property we can provide an EPC for £60.00. If you already own an EPC you must provide us with a copy, preferably via e-mail to info@bentleysgroup.co.uk. We must be in receipt of your EPC before we can market your property.
